April had the brilliant idea to hold this year’s team social gathering in a different location. Instead of a noisey restaurant where you can only talk to the two people sitting next to you, we opted for a fancy and more intimate “community room”. Gary and Andy took over the organization of the event with special support of Mike Aguayo.

The turn out was great! Most team members brought their partner along as well as their children. It didn’t take long before the kids discovered the piano in one of the rooms and provided musical entertainment for the rest of the evening.

The food and drinks were plenty and excellent.

Ken, Mika, and Jarrod stopped by after work. Special guest was Orbea’s Lonnie Kincade, who already has done a lot for the team. He stepped up again this year to offer the team a great deal on their bikes.

It was a great evening among good friends, that we will have to repeat soon.
